These two bills are really worrisome. Sure, similar bills have been proposed in the past and have all been shot down due to mass public opposition, and nebulous enforcement. But this one looks like it has a real shot, and that is a very very scary thing for someone who makes a living on the open web.

This isn’t a slippery slope towards a censored Internet: this is a cliff.
